My journey into bringing healing through the channel of work began when the twin towers fell on September 11th, 2001. I was 8 months pregnant and working as a marketing executive for a financial services company in San Francisco.

On that tragic day, something awakened in me – I knew I needed to quit banking and find a way to help heal the world by bringing radical kindness.

This burning desire would lead me to the field of executive recruiting and ultimately to my start-up recruiting agency (igMedical) in 2005 with the sole purpose of transforming head hunting into human connection.

Fast forward to 2016 and the ensuing cascade of crisises from culture and Covid to climate change and war – Career Ecology birthed from the depths of my passionate heart to help move people from an experience of alienation, to one of true purpose and belonging –– aka, Work Life Empowerment.

So I join you here now in this brave moment of emergence.  Bravo to you for following your own yearn and burn, and for showing up here for yourself and for the world!
