Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.careerecology.com website (the “Service”) operated by Career Ecology (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact information is available upon request for legal purposes.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

Membership & Services
 

Career Ecology provides access to a subscription-based membership that includes programs, tools, templates, community participation, and related resources (“Membership Services”).
 

Membership includes:

• Access to Career Ecology programs and materials

• Use of digital tools, including AI-supported tools (“GPTs”)

• Access to the Guided Community (group space)

• Ongoing prompts, reflections, and guidance

An initial one-time Activation fee may apply, followed by a recurring monthly membership fee.

Payment
 

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• The Activation fee (if applicable) is a one-time, non-refundable charge

• The monthly membership fee is billed on a recurring basis

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
   

You authorize Career Ecology to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate payment information

• ensuring sufficient funds for charges

 

If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

All payments are non-refundable, except at our sole discretion.
 

Recurring Membership & Cancellation
 

Membership renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

• No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

You must cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Fee Changes

We may modify membership fees at any time.

We will provide reasonable notice prior to any changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

Guided Community (Group Use)

Membership includes access to a shared community space (“Guided Community”).

By participating, you agree to:

• engage respectfully with others

• not post harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

• not solicit, promote, or sell services without permission

We reserve the right to:

• remove content

• suspend or terminate access
  if behavior violates these guidelines.

Digital Tools & GPT Use

Membership may include access to AI-supported tools (“GPTs”) and digital resources.

You understand and agree that:

• These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only

• Outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete

• You are responsible for how you interpret and use any outputs

Career Ecology is not responsible for decisions made based on tool outputs.

No Professional Guarantee

Career Ecology provides guidance, tools, and support for career development.

We do not guarantee:

• job placement

• interviews

• specific outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors.

Content

You may post content within the Service (including the community).
 

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• does not violate laws

• does not infringe on others’ rights

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All Career Ecology materials—including programs, templates, frameworks, and tools—are protected intellectual property.

You may:

• use materials for personal use

You may not:

• reproduce

• distribute

• share

• resell
  any materials without written permission

Accounts

You must:

• be at least 18 years old

• provide accurate account information

• maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.

You may discontinue use at any time by canceling your membership.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Ecology is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
