I just spent the holiday weekend updating the Dynamic Search module of Career Ecology following a productive month of development. This has been a labor of love designed to bring you additional support in your quest for meaningful work. I'm excited to share this with you!

Development has centered on expanding pathways of discovery around your personal desires and motivations surrounding work, as well as revealing improved tools and systems designed to activate your search and cultivate powerful connections.

The Dynamic Search module is in active expansion mode, and centers largely on the development of custom ChatGPT's that integrate Career Ecology's core system of holistic search and work life design.

As you know, AI has burst onto the scene and as result I've come to learn very quickly how effectively it can open doors to self exploration. AI invites deep conversation and reflects back profound insights that help us break free of limiting thoughts imbedded in societal norms.

Introducing Career Ecology's

4 Custom ChatGPT's for Dynamic Search

#1 – The Hero's Compass:

This GPT leads you to discover your personal themes around work. Key to your process is expansive thinking so you don't limit your options. With this GPT, you'll be guided through a series of exploratory questions according to your career chapter (new graduate, middle career, late career). In the end, you'll discover high level themes that serve as the basis for free thinking.

#2 – Dynamic Search Design:

Building on your personal themes, this GPT integrates your Responsive Resume to help you articulate three branches for search and discovery. The work you do here directly shapes your search strategy and readies you for launch.

#3 – Hero Prompt GPT:

This GPT supports the creation of job board prompts based again on your personalized themes. Customized search prompts help maximize results generated from targeted job boards. You can test and develop more prompts throughout your search by coming back to this GPT for support.

#4 – Booster Company List:

This GPT builds on your personal themes as well as your Responsive Resume to serve up a target list of 40 companies in your target geo that reflect your unique gifts and values. The accumulation of such a list builds on the popular methodology popularized by Steve Dalton of Duke University in what he calls "The 2 Hour Job Search".
