Career change can feel isolating. It was never meant to be navigated alone. Intentional Community is the relational heart of the Career Ecology experience — a guided space for connection, encouragement, shared learning, and meaningful professional support. Inside this program, members gather in a more human-centered environment designed to foster authentic networking, thoughtful conversation, accountability, and mutual empowerment throughout the job search and career transition process. Rather than transactional networking or surface-level engagement, Intentional Community encourages deeper forms of professional relationship building rooted in service, generosity, presence, listening, and shared growth. Members gain access to live gatherings, collaborative discussions, ongoing guidance, community reflections, and opportunities to exchange ideas, resources, encouragement, and support with others walking similar paths. This is not simply a networking group. It is a living community designed to restore connection, confidence, momentum, and belonging throughout the career journey.
