Take your time to edit the back pages as needed (still noting any questions and following up with your client). And, you also now may begin the process of lifting up and out the key pieces of information that are expressive of your client's gifts and genius. This is the final piece that get's finalized as it is born out of the detailed work of the back pages.
Executive Summary (Top Page)
The Feng Shui Resume template's left bar includes: 1) contact information, 2) outline of key skills, scope of practice, etc., 3) three "impacts". Selecting the header and sub-sections for the left bar is critical for shaping the story for the reader. There is no set rule for this. Key is to shape what best represents your client's gift, genius, contributions. Below are several examples with a description for what led to this particular expression for the left bar.
Heather's left bar features three distinct skill areas that she developed over the years, including:
1) Nutrition Counseling
2) Lifestyle Coaching
3) Family Support
We did not include "impact" as her value expression is in the scope and depth of her experience and skills.
Mary's left bar features two distinct skill areas plus impacts:
1) Executive Skills
2) Growth & Strategy
3) Select Achievements (Impacts)
Notice also how the achievements/impacts have been divided into sub-categories:
1) Service Launch
2) Merger & Acquisition
3) Market Expansion
Note: Of note, "Career Summary" in the right side was customized to "Executive Role Summary, Healthcare" in order to help provide shape to Mary's excpetional career..
